Ananda Kishore Roy is a seasoned HR and Business Operations professional with over 24 years of relevant experience in the Information Technology industry. He is currently serving as the Director & Co-Founder of Zemoso Technologies, an Innovation as a Service Product Studio that helps entrepreneurs and corporates in taking their ideas from zero to scale. Ananda is responsible for creating and executing programs that support strategic concerns at Zemoso, and actively hiring for the company. Ananda has a successful track record of guiding HR teams to ensure the overall provisions of Human Resource Services are successfully met. He has previously worked as the Director of HCM at neudesic technologies pvt. ltd, where he led a HR team and ensured that the company's HR services were in line with its business objectives. Ananda has also served as the Head-HR, India at net.orange, inc, a software company specializing in the healthcare space. Here, he was responsible for creating and implementing all relevant HR and operational processes in line with the company's business objectives for its India Development Center. Ananda has completed his ICSE from St. Mary's, Dum Dum, with a focus on English, History, and Math. He has also been recognized for his contributions to the industry, with Zemoso Technologies being featured as one of Deloitte Fastest 50 growing tech companies from India thrice (2016, 2018 and 2019). The company has also been featured in Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific both in 2016 and 2018.
